บทคัดย่อ/Abstract

การล้างมือทำความสะอาดก่อนและหลังการดูแลผู้รับบริการเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อจากการสัมผัส ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลโนน ไผ่ล้อม มีอ่างล้างมือในการบริการผู้ป่วยทั้งในจุดบริการและห้องน้ำ จำนวน 7 จุด และทั้งหมดเป็นก๊อกน้ำที่ใช้มือหมุนปิดเปิด ในแต่ละวันมีผู้รับบริการเฉลี่ยวันละ 30 - 40 ราย มีโอกาสได้รับเชื้อจากการสัมผัสก๊อกน้ำและเกิดโรคจากการสัมผัสในการรับบริการในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลโนนไผ่ล้อม ดังนั้นการทำก๊อกน้ำแบบปิดเปิดด้วยเท้าจะช่วยลดการสัมผัสเชื้อโรคและลดความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด19ในช่วงนี้ ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

Hand washing and cleaning before and after the care of clients is important in preventing infection from touching. In Non Phai Lom Sub-district Health Promotion Hospital, there are sinks to service patients in both the service point and the bathroom, in total of 7 points, and all are faucets using hand-cranking. Each day, an average of 30-40 service recipients are exposed to the risk of touching the tap and the disease caused by exposure to service at Non Phai Lom Health Promoting Hospital.
